1950s Dance Class at Basildon Park: Our Competition Winner!

Here are the fabulous winners of our competition with the Newbury Weekly News, Meg Green and her friends, enjoying a super 1950s day out at glorious Basildon Park in Berkshire! These lovely ladies had great fun in our 1950s dance class learning authentic Rock ‘n’ Roll moves with our fantastic dance teacher, Vivien, followed by a truly vintage afternoon tea with scrumptious cakes, scones and sandwiches, all against the backdrop of this superb stately home in Berkshire.

Our winners got to explore the stunning house and grounds of this National Trust property at Basildon Park, which was host to many fabulous parties throughout the 1950s. It provides the perfect setting for our vintage day out parties, from the roaring 1920s hen parties, through 1940s hen parties and Rock ‘n’ Roll 1950s hen parties! We offer dance classes, vintage makeovers for the perfect look, and special vintage photoshoots to capture the day!
